The singer-songwriter and body percussionist Lu Horta was a part of the creation of the body percussion group Barbatuques. Parallel to her work with Barbatuques, she knows how to shine on her own on stage. In 2003 she released her first solo CD called "Lu Horta". In 2009 she has released her second work: "Paraíso Eu". "A Noiva da Cidade" (2013) is her new project that reflects the maturity of her work as a composer and interpreter.
