Vinyasa yoga helps focus the mind and awaken the body through a series of yoga postures and movements linked by the breath.
It’s a slightly more active class for those looking for a quicker pace. The class is a gentle one, with no special equipment or clothing needed. All levels are welcome, and beginners are encouraged to try this invigorating moving meditation.
