In 1981 singer-songwriter-guitarist, Mark Panick, founded The Bonemen of Barumba in an alley in New Orleans by way of Chicago. Their first release received BBC air play on Jon Peel's show, garnered attention from Steve Albini (which he lovingly called Barbecue Music from Hell), earned them inclusion on the SubPop #7 compilation, and then they were signed to Fever/Enigma Records where they released two records.

Panick's next band was Chac Mool signed to Slash Records. Later Panick formed Razorhouse with members of Revolting Cocks, KMFDM, and Sister Machine Gun. Panick also worked with in the studio on recordings with Al Jourgensen and Revolting Cocks.

Today Mark Panick has reformed Razorhouse, drawing in players like Danny Shaffer (Julie Frost, Michael McDermott) and David Suycott (Stabbing Westward, Machines of Loving Grace) Razorhouse is currently in the studio with the production team of Danny McGuinness and Howie Beno. Razorhouse is currently starting to do shows locally and are preparing a global effort. Panick will be releasing his new Razorhouse material on Heatshield Records in 2013.
