As a child, Dana hid a tape recorder under the family couch to secretly capture their conversations. Now she puts her curiosity to good use, employing human-centered design and research to discover and address the implicit and explicit complexities of our health. Dana works as Design Research Lead for the Kaiser Permanente Innovation Consultancy, and previously worked as a designer/researcher for Mayo Clinic and UCSF. She loves the work she gets to do, the people she works with, and is eternally grateful to the patients and providers who trust her with their stories.
